Our app only shows what we have in stock at the time you place an order, but there are limited cases where we run out whilst preparing your order. We’re sorry if, on this occasion, you weren't able to order the items you required.
If we cannot send an item, we provide a refund for the item and credit towards future purchases on Zapp. The credit is valid for one month from today and will be available immediately.
